\u201cThey wouldn\u2019t let your father out of Heaven to visit you\u201d, so says Millie.<\/p>\n
But he did come,<\/p>\n
With a puff of cigarette smoke,<\/p>\n
To the kitchen,<\/p>\n
Where I am at home,<\/p>\n
In the middle of household congestion.<\/p>\n
He was hungry for company,<\/p>\n
And knew,<\/p>\n
That I\u2019d smell his presence,<\/p>\n
For I was used to spices and scents.<\/p>\n
When I am one with the universe,<\/p>\n
I am calm,<\/p>\n
And our vibrational levels,<\/p>\n
Almost collide,<\/p>\n
But my dense emotions,<\/p>\n
Are stirred in the soup pot,<\/p>\n
With the potatoes and carrots,<\/p>\n
And Dad only identifies with,<\/p>\n
The steam essence of,<\/p>\n
Who I am,<\/p>\n
And not my shape and form,<\/p>\n
Only my spirit.<\/p>\n
It is enough for me,<\/p>\n
Because my Dad\u2019s presence,<\/p>\n
In cigarette smoke,<\/p>\n
Is all that I\u2019ve ever known,<\/p>\n
Since his death,<\/p>\n
And it comforts me.<\/p>\n
One day our two worlds,<\/p>\n
Will mesh,<\/p>\n
And I\u2019ll see my Father,<\/p>\n
Face to face.<\/p>\n
He can always leave from Heaven,<\/p>\n
For God makes all things possible,<\/p>\n
For believers.<\/p>\n
One day my Mother,<\/p>\n
Will know the truth,<\/p>\n
That God wants us to be one,<\/p>\n
In spirit and form,<\/p>\n
And to always be present,<\/p>\n
