What Colour Is Your Bird’s Nest
January 1, 2012-01-05
A new life in the new year of 2012. We have come a long way over last year. This is a time to renew, to move forward and trust in the future. We wish one another a Happy New Year, we toast one another at midnight. We are hopeful. We are joyful that we have a chance to start over. Each and every day we can start over but the clock of time at midnight, on New Year’s Eve, seems so important as a milestone in our lives. Home is where our heart is and it is time to look at our heart’s desires and find our own little nest in the tree of life. The tree of the universe is firmly planted in the soil. Choices abound on the limbs of the trees. We flower as we find new ways to build our future and our own little nests. We can root ourselves in each choice for as long as we want or play musical chairs and try out many new experiences to see what fits. Many things influence us but the right choice is the gut instinct choice. Look at all the bird houses in the doodle art and see where you would like to spread your wings and roost for awhile. How did you come upon your answer? Were you influenced by the colour, the animal, the feeling, the positioning in the tree? Even Sally Spider invites you to spend time with her as well as the Angel of Joy. You will see a Toucan who has taken up residence in the Happy New Year sign so that spot is taken for now. The Sun invites you in, the gourd extends a welcome, Calvin the Fox says, “Pick Me”, the Red Heart pulsates energy. Look and find the nest where you can start and once you get started write down why you are there. You will soon see a pattern and a way of making your New Year’s Resolutions & Goals.
