Lady Sunflower Doodle Art
Perhaps I am the greatest of me that I am now. Flowers live in the present moment – not the past of their lives, not the future of their lives but right now, right now where they are in space and time. A lesson from a flower is to keep your stalk firmly planted and stand tall for all the world to see. Let your whole being smile.
The EBWN Network Of Flowers
We come together as magnificent flowers. We have our own pretty self but as a team we are a field of beauty for all to enjoy our own personal inner glow but the mass radiation that shines from our group as a whole. Some inspiring questions to ask yourself are: What do your petals say about you? Are you what we see from the outside in? How rooted is your stock? When you wilt or blow over, how do you get back on track? What’s under your roots – rock, sand, water or mortar? What do you add to the group consciousness that ignites the burning fire within you that radiates out and is part of the collective? How do you help other flowers to blossom?
Flower Power Doodle Art
God made you perfect just the way you are. Flowers are perfect. We just don’t feel that way about ourselves sometimes but Flowers know no differently than to be what they are. Others don’t treat us like we are perfect at times because what they see in someone else is really what they see in themselves.
“There came a time when the risk to remain tight in the bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom.”
Anais Nin
Today Is My Birthday
What we do in our lives is not as important as why we do it.
Fairies Live In Flowers
Fairies love flowers and just have to be with them. They sit on them and live inside them. They un-attach themselves and flit about with lots of love to share with everyone and everything. Their garden is a garden of hope so have faith in the flora and fauna world of our earth. There is lots happening in the garden to heal.
Heaven’s Lavender Harvest
Heaven’s Lavender Harvest
The angels watch over the growth of the lavender and flit about over the fields smelling the fragrant plants and picking bouquets to take home to their angel friends. They like to exchange gifts with other angels who watch over crop fields, dairy farms, strawberry patches, lilac trees, poppy fields and all things related to nature. They bring Joy, Love and Peace to the world through all their giving and receiving and watchful eyes. They give us hints how to till the land, harvest the crop and bring it to market.
This doodle art is dedicated to Lavender Sense in Wallacetown.
Field Of Colourful Sunflowers (Mixed Media Painting)
Field Of Colourful Sunflowers
Sunflowers with their cute little faces make us feel so good, especially if you walk through a field and look up at them. They are majestic with thick, mile high stocks and make you relish in God’s Gifts of nature. How could a little seed produce such magnificence? Children are like that aren’t they? When they grow up they are beautiful human beings that start with the nurturing and caring of the seed in the womb and are watered and fed till they achieve independence. They become the new generation of mankind. When you see a sunflower field, know that God shines in every face just as he does in the face of each of us.
Tissue Paper Art
I have enrolled in a Mixed Media program with the St. Thomas Art Centre and this is what I did last night that I wanted to share with you. We were supposed to be doing Birch Trees and were each given a magazine picture to refer to. As usual I never listen and do my own thing. Susan was a very good student and will finish her art this weekend.
The green for the grass were plastic colour swatches that I think Norma gave to me. Then I applied my doodle art style paint to them as well as a few colours of paint in the sky. Some of these plastic swatches also show up in the lake. This is all tissue paper in various colours and my art has depth of field which I don’t know if you will pick up but the poppies and larger (2) flowers stand out. The larger two flowers and surrounding area on the left were made of flowered tissue paper. You are seeing whatever you wish to see but to me it is a poppy field by the water’s edge with a wonderful sky. You use podge to apply to the board to secure the tissue paper and keep layering the tissue paper cutting or tearing strips and podging it. I have podge on my nails and if you use hand cream it is easier to get off.
Garden Of Joy, Tissue Paper Art is framed and in our dining room.
